First sessions
Kemnal Technology College, Sidcup · Every Saturday morning, 9:00–9:50am. Ages 18 months to 5 years. Parents stay in attendance.
Parent reassurance
ActiveED is built for parents who want more than a run-around. Every session is planned, inclusive and focused on helping children grow in confidence, movement, teamwork and independence.
Sessions are led by an experienced educator with DBS, safeguarding and first-aid awareness at the centre of how the environment is managed.
Children are celebrated for effort, confidence, kindness, listening, teamwork and trying new challenges β not just being the fastest or most skilful.
Your childβs milestone journey page helps you see progress, badges, coach reflections and certificates without needing to chase for updates.
That is completely normal. Children can watch, join in slowly, stay close to a parent where needed, and build confidence at their own pace.

Your first session
Booking for the first time? Here’s exactly what happens, so there are no surprises on the day.
As soon as you book, you’ll get a confirmation with the venue, what to wear, what to bring, and a short form for any medical, SEND or dietary needs. A real reply, not a template.
Arrive five minutes early. We’ll greet you and your child by name, show you the space, and answer any last-minute questions. Parents stay for Little Learners and are welcome to watch every other session.
Warm welcome, fundamental movement work, the sport or skill of the week, and a calm finish. Every session is built around the five strands of child development — and your coach is watching for the milestones that earn your child their badges.
Ten minutes of social time with fruit and free play. A quick word from your coach. And when a milestone is reached, you’ll see it on their journey page — with a printable certificate to keep.
